During all of the weekend Masses October 4-5 expectant mothers and their families will be invited forward for a special blessing. The Rite for the Blessing of a Child in the Womb was crafted to support parents awaiting the birth of their child, to encourage parish prayers for--and recognition of--the precious gift of the child, in the womb, and to foster respect for human life within society.

2014-2015 Adult Faith Formation Opportunities
Written by Pastoral Staff
Wednesday, 27 August 2014 16:05
There are many ways that we can continue to grow in our faith throughout the year. Whether it is making the commitment to pray together as a family, attending daily mass, doing acts of service in the community, or sharing our Catholic faith with others, each day is a new opportunity to draw closer to God and to share His love with others.
Here in the parish we offer many Adult Formation groups and activities throughout the year to help us in our faith journeys. Be sure to visit the Adult Formation page for a listing of all groups and meeting times. You can also visit the Diocesan Pastoral Ministry Formation site for information on other classes that are available to learn more about our Catholic faith.
