Some Food For thought!

RESPECT

Every major religion requires that its disciples practice honoring the body.  So it is with Catholicism.  As disciples of Christ, we are taught that the body is a temple of the Holy Spirity and a gift from God.

So.......Respect yourself!!

R-est your body

E-xercise to keep your body healthy.

S-exuality is sacred and each person's body should be treated as holy.

P-ractice good hygiene.

E-at properly and pay attenion to what you are putting in your body.

C-loth yourself modestly and respectfully.

T-alk about the body with respect.  Don't make fun of - or use vulgar language - when talking about someone's body.
