To play football, volleyball, cheerleading, drill team, mascot, basketball, run track or be a manager; You'll need a physical.

Dr. Pick is offering physicals to Sacred Heart students on Thursday, June 21, 2012. Please call and make an appointment. Available times are from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. You will not need to pay that day. We will collect the $20 payment at registration on Aug. 7, 2012. Dr. Pick is gracious enough to donate his time to benefit the sports programs at Sacred Heart.

If you don't get your physical on this day, you may go to your own doctor and get a physical as long as it's done before August 1, 2012 (please note: your doctor may charge more and it won't benefit SHCS Cougar Club).

You must bring your physical form to your appointment. Doctors do not have these forms! Forms may be picked up in the school office. The office is open 8 a.m.-noon after Memorial Day (Closed the week of July 4th).

Great Lakes SCRIP Center has fantastic news for our school. Beginning May 12, 2012, the non-profit contribution for Walmart® Gift Cards increased from 2% to 2.5%. That means our rebate dollars on every Walmart card sold in our SCRIP program will grow by 25% with no extra work on our part. Along with Dillons, Wal-Mart is our top selling card! They are available in $25 and $100 denominations. Remember each school family must purchase SCRIP cards to avoid a fee.
